Pasta Favorites
Pasta is one of the most loved foods in the world — but there are some tricks to getting the right results. In this course, you’ll learn how to truly work with pasta: from choosing the right ingredients to understanding how different types of pasta behave, and how to build balanced, flavorful dishes from scratch.
We will focus on classic and modern pasta favorites, including fresh homemade tagliatelle with traditional Bolognese, baked lasagna, a light and elegant spaghettini with cherry tomatoes, balsamic and burrata, and rich comfort dishes such as gnocchi and cannelloni with four cheese sauce. Along the way, you’ll also learn how to make fresh pasta, how to prepare a proper béchamel, and how to apply essential Italian cooking principles.
This course is designed for beginners and home cooks who want real, practical skills — not just recipes. You’ll leave with a solid foundation that allows you to cook confidently, plan meals, and understand what actually makes pasta dishes taste great.
